With the number 10 being such an official number and all (the 10 Commandments, Police Academy 10), we at PopTometry didn't take the subject matter for our tenth podcast lightly. The topic of choice had to matter, have substance and resonate.
Actually, we're just opportunistic. Seeing as how The Dark Knight Rises and Batman are currently dominating the pop culture landscape, we decided to dedicate an entire show to the Caped Crusader. Actually, we dabble a bit into comic book movies in general and talk briefly about the Man of Steel movie.
Also, or lead designer Wes Johnson joins us as well. Good thing too... he blows all of our minds when he compares the 1966 Batman film with The Dark Knight Rises.
